I knew the exact model and trim V I drove 300 miles to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle from Kelly Volkswagen and so far I would say it was worth it. I knew the exact model and trim VW I was looking for and Kelly VW had the best price for the mileage within a 500 mile radius. The dealership itself looks brand new and the sales people were friendly and helpful. Kelly VW even honored a CarMax appraisal for my trade-in and a lower price that was listed online versus in-store. The pushback when I turned down the extended warranty was minimal. Lastly, the ability to pay my down payment with Apple Pay (or a credit card) helped speed up the payment process. Overall, a positive experience and if I’m ever in the market for another Volkswagen, I’ll be sure to check out Kelly VW for any great deals! More

Easy going I arrived this morning for an oil change. Granted I had an appointment at 9:30 am. However, I arrived a bit early and they immediately took my car fro I arrived this morning for an oil change. Granted I had an appointment at 9:30 am. However, I arrived a bit early and they immediately took my car from the bay to the back to be serviced. I forgot my tire pressure light had been on and forgot to inform Rachel about this. She came back after the oil change had been finished and asked permission if they work the tire pressure in order to get the dashboard light off. They quoted me an hour and I was out in 40 minutes. Needless to say, my experience the past two visits to Kelly Volkswagen has been delightful. More

As soon as I pulled into the service bay the gentleman opened my door for me and told me how clean he was go Excellent service from start to finish. As soon as I pulled into the service bay the gentleman opened my door for me and told me how clean he was going to make my car before I left, and he sure did. Dave in service was great to work with, he was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me without an appt so I didn’t have to wait the two hours for my brakes. I’m new to VW and this dealership, I came from Audi. Very comfortable waiting room as well. Very happy new customer so far. More

30K check up I brought my 2015 Passat in for a oil change because the alert warning on the system indicated it was time. I came in around 7am on Monday 2/18/19 whi I brought my 2015 Passat in for a oil change because the alert warning on the system indicated it was time. I came in around 7am on Monday 2/18/19 which was a holiday and due to the snow we received the night prior, I had to wait until the service bay area was cleared. Dave came back and indicated that a wheel alignment and the rotation of my tires and brake line fluid change was required. I gave him the okay except for the wheel alignment. I got the car back at 9:30 but had to come back about 20 minutes later because I had no brake pressure in the system. I would have hoped they'd checked this before turning the vehicle over to me. Had this been an older customer they would have seen a large dead spot when braking which could have contributed to an accident with the current weather we received. I did call service immediately and they resolved it in about 20 minutes or so! Should checked system before turning over the keys. More

I dreaded going through the process of having to buy a new car but Daniel made it seamless and a positive experience. It was the quickest I have ever bought a car from beginning to end. Barry Gagne was thorough in explaining the finance options, as well as other insurance options. All of the employees I encountered were very courteous. This is a very polished establishment and ran very well. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for either a certified pre- owned or brand new car. More
