I paid for some work which included new rotors; however, my bill states my existing rotors were refurbished, but I was charged for new rotors. The technician video that was sent to me mentioned some of the work I paid for, but it did not mention new rotors being installed. I had sent a text to the person handling my work addressing these concerns and after not hearing from them for a couple of days I sent another text message about my concern. Instead of addressing it, they attempted to blow me off my saying they "promised" the work was done. I asked for proof, as in show me my old rotors--they said they could not because they were no longer available. I told them the issues I'm having which originally caused me to go into the shop and require new rotors were still occuring (not as bad, but still there), and they told me to come in so they could look at my car, and also show me I have new rotors on my car. Unfortunately, my schedule does not allow me to come in for this in a timely manner. More
When I purchased my Honda CRV I received a few free oil changes. l enjoyed the service and convenience so much I have continued taking my vehicle there even after the free services ran out. We stopped by to talk about ordering a new CRV and Dan helped us with all of our questions. There were no 2022 CRV's on the lot so Dan had us a drive a 2020 CRV that was on the lot so we could be confiden helped us with all of our questions. There were no 2022 CRV's on the lot so Dan had us a drive a 2020 CRV that was on the lot so we could be confident in our vehicle choice. He also explained the interior differences we would have in the 2022. Dan was able to look up manufacture times and delivery estimations for the color and model we wanted and gave us all of our options. We put our deposit down and Dan kept in touch with us as far as production, and delivery and text us pics when the CRV was delivered to the dealership! Financing was a breeze and Isaac was able to get us an awesome interest rate. Dan was never pushy and the entire process was smooth and non-stressful. From start to finish, Dan was amazing. More

I have no problem with the actual service. They do a good job for a decent price. The issue is that we cannot get a hold of the service representatives when we call them on the phone. If we call the operator and no one answers and if we call the individual representative, no one answers. I’ve even gone as far as calling other reps and no one answers. The other issue is that the time estimates for service have just been wrong. I don’t care if you tell me it will take 2 days to do the work. I do care when you tell me it will be done that day and isn’t. Don’t over promise and under deliver. Please. When we are without a car, we need to plan for rides, children being picked up, rides home from work. I need to know when it will be ready or at the very least, I need to be able to get a hold of someone. Anyone! Just have someone answer the phone. Even if it’s a receptionist and they tell me I have to hold or that he will be back in an hour. Just give me someone. More
