Your dealership completely dropped the ball after the sale.I am extremely unhappy about my experience. I Purchased a vehicle in Utah that needed to be titled in Virginia. It appears one of your staff sale.I am extremely unhappy about my experience. I Purchased a vehicle in Utah that needed to be titled in Virginia. It appears one of your staff did not confirm the correct address to send the title to. There was zero communication with me. I could have easily given you the correct address. There was no attempt to contact me, it appears. I was left holding the bag. I had to go to the DMV in Virginia three different times and had to drive to UPS depot an hour away from my home in Virginia to unravel the mistake. Are you going to compensate me for your carelessness? More

Love the car, one thing made me upset, salesman Tyler said they would take care of any small dents on the car if they were smaller than a dollar bill, what a sucker i was to believe that, got some pea si said they would take care of any small dents on the car if they were smaller than a dollar bill, what a sucker i was to believe that, got some pea size dents on the hood and was told they don't fix that.
