Lost a customer I will not bring my car in to Ken Garff for service again. Several years ago I brought my car in for service and had nothing but problems and no one d I will not bring my car in to Ken Garff for service again. Several years ago I brought my car in for service and had nothing but problems and no one did anything to make it right. Because of that, I didn’t use Ken Garff service department for about 3 years. Recently I decided to use them again and won’t be back. Slow service, unfair prices, poor customer service, etc. I’ve reached out to them and 5 days later still no response. I’ve learned my lesson and will never return for service. More
