My tire was low when I drove into Salt Lake. I called my son who sold me the CRV. He told me to bring it in and get it checked. Three out of four tires were good. My wife felt good about the experience from the moment she went and saw Marcus and from there it was smooth and seamless. It wasn’t just a sell for him, it was listening and earning trust and pointing out every detail that may have been a concern. The car had just been traded in and it was dirty as expected but Marcus didn’t hesitate to point out any imperfection that was being hidden by it being dirty. So my wife and I just felt good that there was nothing be hidden. One thing unique about the entire situation is this. Marcus isn’t a sales person. He is the General sales manager.
