I spent $145.06 and got nothing for my money. The TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light appeared on my dashboard. I knew there was a problem but not with the pressure in my tires, because they were (tire pressure monitoring system) light appeared on my dashboard. I knew there was a problem but not with the pressure in my tires, because they were all properly inflated. I thought a tire probably needed a new sensor. Clearly the problem was already diagnosed by my TPMS dashboard light. Ken Garff Honda wanted to replace all four tire sensors that were "going bad" for $400+ dollars, over and above the $145.06. I said just replace the bad one. They said that would cost $300. I said that's too much money. So they charged me the $145.06 for a diagnosis I already had from my TPMS signal and I got nothing. What a rip-off! More

I had some trim that needed to be replaced under warranty on my almost new Honda. Graff Service did a great job getting me in and getting it done, but now I have 3 small dents above that replaced trim. I as on my almost new Honda. I understand that repairs can be difficult and vehicles get dents, but I'm not happy that the first dents on my vehicle were put there by the dealership. More
