Horrible wait time for an alignment. I had an appointment for 11am, showed 5 minutes early and my vehicle sat outside for over an hour before I pulled inside. I did not like that Frank would not answer my calls or return my voicemails. I had to call the front desk and be put through in order to get a hold of anyone. Also what I came in for-car alarm going off a return my voicemails. I had to call the front desk and be put through in order to get a hold of anyone. Also what I came in for-car alarm going off after locking car was only fixed for a few days and the problem re-emerged. I have not been rescheduled to have it resolved as frank has not returned my voicemail. More
