Klaben is and has always been about dealing with people. They take care of the customer. I felt I was given the attention and the flexibility I needed to make the right decision on a new vehicle for my fami They take care of the customer. I felt I was given the attention and the flexibility I needed to make the right decision on a new vehicle for my family. Casey Shaw did a great job for me and got me the best deal overall. Casey really worked as if he was on my team, and not working for Klaben oddly enough. Tim Beane got me the best offer for my trade. Brian Franklin is alway a pleasure to work with on the finance side and makes sure everything is the way it should be. 100 out of 10 for Klaben as a business, they have been a staple in the community for a reason, and it's becasue of how they treat their customers. I'll continue to make my purchases at Klaben becasue of their people. It's that simple. Thank you guys! More

I have dealt with Klaben for years. I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in the door. Justin is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt w I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in the door. Justin is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He goes as far as giving you his personal number if you ever have a need. The finance dept is awesome. And to top it off their service dept is the best. Today I had to go to the parts counter and they to are very knowledgeable and kind. More
