The sales part of the experience went very smoothly as Chris was very accommodating in working out all of the details before I came up to the dealership. I respected the fact that they had not taken advan Chris was very accommodating in working out all of the details before I came up to the dealership. I respected the fact that they had not taken advantage of the current market with additional market price adjustments as many other dealers did and continue to do. The F&I experience was where the let down was. It was exactly what I had experienced with other dealers in the past in having things that I had not asked for put into the price of the vehicle. The third time was the charm on the final paperwork and overall I am happy with the dealership and especially my salesman, Chris. More
