I’ve specifically asked several times to not work with one specific person at service department and not sure why I keep getting put with him especially after calling before the appointment to remind them one specific person at service department and not sure why I keep getting put with him especially after calling before the appointment to remind them of this again. Ridge has been so rude to me in the past that the only reason I continue to go there for service of my Jeep is because I have the oil change package that I’m given a hard time about using every time I go there. This time was because I got married and changed my name. They made me drive to the dealership to update my name there and got mad at me for not returning immediately upon recieving the call that my car was ready when I told them that I had errands to run with my husband. Also please quit getting my hopes up about the car wash included in service if you always are going to return my car looking 10x dirtier than I dropped it off and I can literally blow off dirt and have it be cleaner. I know you aren’t washing it. So beyond frustrated More
