This was our first visit 2 klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. My wife and I were very pleased with the sales representative, Chris Hamilton, and the dealership on a whole. The Service Center was quick to get me an appointment to have my vehicle checked. However, with the discovery of what needed done to keep my vehicle running, which was very major, I was told I would be con have my vehicle checked. I have called and was then told I would be contacted in 24 hrs. That was one week ago. I truly like the vehicle I purchased from your dealership! Here I am 8 months later, and have been told that the engine must be replaced, and have not heard from the service people. This is now making me wonder if Klaben has a problem with the vehicles they sell. After 8 short months, aprox. 10,000 miles, and the engine must be replaced. An extended warranty was not "able to be offered" according to sales because the vehicle was manufactured in Canada. (My lesson learned: If no extended warranty is offered for such a reason...….run like xxxx out of there. Yes, I am frustrated A LOT right now. UPDATE! AFTER MEETING AND TALKING WITH STEVE STEPHENS AND NICK BRANDT, ISSUES WERE RESOLVED VERY WELL! THANK YOU KLABEN FOR TRULY PUTTING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FIRST! THANK YOU ALSO TO MR. Efficient and Kind Working with Gilbert was a pleasure. We stopped in after going to a different Jeep dealer and asking what he thought of a deal. It seemed too good to be true, told us it was too good to be true and low and behold, it was! Gilbert put us in a Jeep Grand Cherokee that matched what we were looking for and sent us on a test drive. Next business day I gave him a call and we set up a time to come in and get the vehicle on lease. When we showed up to meet with Gilbert he had the vehicle detailed and gassed up. We walked in, he met us, took us to look over the vehicle, and then we went to paperwork. I've had some interesting experiences with dealerships but I'd go back to Gilbert in a heartbeat if I was looking for another vehicle on their lot. I cannot remember who we met with in finance but they were also very quick. I think we only spent an hour to an hour and a half at the dealer which is about 3 hours less than I spent when I got my truck at a different dealer. Long story short I would rate my experience 10/10. More
