The new ( to me ) young lady in service department that I experienced for the first time ,sorry but don’t know her name, was excellent in every way. I mentioned that to Ridge as I was leaving. Years ago I was rapidly moving up at Babcock and Wilcox Corporation then suddenly had to leave due to illness. NOT BRAGGING!! But I recognized quality personnel.
