My first car buying experience was AMAZING!!! I originally went to North Coast auto mall (biggest mistake of my life) and found out that all their cars secretly had multiple issues including frame I originally went to North Coast auto mall (biggest mistake of my life) and found out that all their cars secretly had multiple issues including frame damage. So then I remember that my family has purchased from Klabin in the past and that I have had people work here in my family, so I decided to give them a shot ! He was very professional and friendly , I was able to get an amazing 2016 fusion that was certified with only 15k miles! He recognized that I was in a hurry to go to work and still was able to get everything done!!!! I then went to Jennifer to finish up the AMAZING finance deal with Ford and she explained how it came with a great warranty and I could get alot more for only a little more!! I ended up with an AMAZING car, an AMAZING warranty , and also with an AMAZING team of people helping me!! I will definitely buy my next car from here without a doubt, and if Gene and Jennifer still work here I'm coming for them ! More

Amazing customer service I came in for an oil change, but I have a leak somewhere. So the couldn't perform the service, yet. The person I worked with kept me informed about everything, and they even washed my car for me even though I didn't get the oil changed!!! Everyone was so nice and said hello.
