Ty Davis helped us both times, the first time unsure of what to get Ty listened to our wants and needs and got us in a grey hatch back focus that was perfect for us. This time we walked the lot and found a used escape I loved. We went home pulled up the car fax on the website. Everything looked good on that end so we called up Ty. Going in knowing what we wanted this time Ty was right there with answers to any questions we had making sure we made the right choice every step of the way. Roscoe did the check in for our focus and had sold our new used car to the pervious owner. He remembered the lady and had so many nice things to say about her and remembered almost everything the car had done to it. She was a long time klaben customer for buying as well as service. It brought a lot of confidence that this car had clearly been taken care of and was a good fit for us. We couldn't have done it with out Ty and we love our Escape!i More
