90 minutes! Gotta be a record! I went to Klaben on a coworker's recommendation ('see Kenny King, he'll treat you right'). Boy was he right! I had done some pre-shopping on the Ford I went to Klaben on a coworker's recommendation ('see Kenny King, he'll treat you right'). Boy was he right! I had done some pre-shopping on the Ford website, building the exact car I wanted. I got in contact with Kenny (and Buddy) and sent them the specs of what I had built. I told them 'this is the car I want, period'. They found that exact one, with the specific extras I added, in less than 30 minutes. Emailed the sticker to me so I could double check, and bing bang boom - SOLD! I went in at 2:30 and was out the door by 4. Unbelievable! More

Oil change As always, Klaben takes great care of me and my car. I use my loyalty link whenever I have service and usually request a loaner car so I can run erra As always, Klaben takes great care of me and my car. I use my loyalty link whenever I have service and usually request a loaner car so I can run errands and such while my car is being serviced. Mike always takes great care of me. He said he could still get a loaner but the wait would only be an hour and a half if that. We decided to wait. The kids enjoyed some juice and donuts while I had some coffee. The kids used the free WiFi and before we knew it the car was ready. Klaben is a great place with wonderful people who care about you, your time and your money. This is my third vehicle from Klaben. And a bonus....with the factory rebate my oil change was essentially free! More

As my father had been a Lincoln Town Car owner in the past, we took a look at the Lincoln MKC at the recent Cleveland Auto Show, and were very impressed with the comfort and style of this vehicle, but were not sure this would fit into our budget. During our recent visit to Klaben, we were met by Tyler Kline. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle. During our test drive, my wife felt this could be the one. We met with Andy Bellian, who was fantastic in providing all the applicable costs and incentives, which gave us the confidence to continue the process. Not sure if this vehicle would fit in our garage, Tyler made an appointment with us to bring the vehicle to our house to ensure it worked, which it did. That sealed the deal, and Jennifer Bowen completed the financial aspects for the sale. Tyle was very thorough in explaining the technical functions of the vehicle. As we left with the vehicle, Andy said, "Welcome to the Lincoln family". Thanks to all. More
