We were debating between a 3rd row vehicle and a truck. Being a family of 5 that travels, we wanted space and towing capacity. Brandon worked to show us the pros/cons of both the Explorer and F150. He helped us in understanding both vehicles and how they would suit us. Ultimately we found the F150 to be the best option for us as it gave us a better towing capacity and wouldn't limit us in the long run. After missing out on a couple good deals, Brandon kept us informed when a truck was available with the options we felt were necessary for our next purchase. Klaben Ford is a great dealer to work with, they listened to our needs both in the vehicle we wanted and where we needed to be with our bottom line. We were able to great a great vehicle at the right time and a very fair price. We did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle that wasn't right for us or that didn't meet our needs. Brandon showed me how things worked, set up SYNC, and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before driving off. Their location is convenient and it's easy to make service appointments. BAD WASHER PUMP AND DING REMOVAL My salesman Gene, set it up so I could get my Lincoln repaired the windshield washer wasn,t working and I found a small ding in the back fender.Droppe My salesman Gene, set it up so I could get my Lincoln repaired the windshield washer wasn,t working and I found a small ding in the back fender.Dropped it off on tuesday evening ,Gene took me to the service dept we showed them the problem with the washer .The next morning I got a call saying it was fixed,I asked them to talk to Gene about the ding ,that thursday the ding man showed up and fixed it .I picked the car up on Friday.
