I dealt with other dealerships before this, even other Ford dealerships, but none of those previous dealerships even came close to the service and accommodation that Klaben provides. It's simply the best place around. They bend over backwards to get your car serviced, they work hard to get you the best deal and they're honest about what you need and the reasons for it. They don't try to snow you and they don't talk down to you, and they don't assume that because you're female you know nothing about cars or service needs, OR purchasing! I truly appreciated that. I can be confident when I leave the dealership that I've gotten the best deal in both car buying and especially servicing that car after the purchase. More

Automation and faster service and less wait time has improved over the years and the customer lounge makes the little wait easier to take. The service advisers are ready to work with you as soon as you pull into the service area and proceed to take all the cars vitals. I like it as it reminds me of going to the doctor where all the vitals are taken before you see the doctor and in this case Mona the service adviser. She is great and can check in and write up the prescription on the service required in minutes and I am off to the lounge for coffee and a cookie. I just wouldn't trust my cars to anyone else More

Best Service You don't have to wait long for an appointment. Everything is clean from the bay where you pull in, to the waiting room, and restroom. If they find something additional, I don't feel like they are just trying to get more money from me. They want my 2013 Ford Escape to be at it's best and to be safe. If they are involved with community activity, I am not aware of it. I don't live in the town where Klaben is located. More

Much better than expected I needed a work truck fast. My engine blew in my work truck and I couldn't work till I bought another truck. I thought because of my poor credit that I would have to pay cash from Craigslist for another crappy $5000 truck that I would continue to break down on a regular basis. Luckily my truck broke down next to a Klaben ford. I walked in there just to see if they could help me. They were honest and upfront with me. Didn't BS me and getting my hopes up and having me drive trucks that wasn't realistic. After a lot of work from Danny he got me into the nicest work truck I've had in 20 years. They could have taken advantage of my credit situation and charged me more for the truck and higher interest rate but they charged me fair price for a great truck and a reasonable interest rate with a reasonable down payment. 2 days after walking in there I had my truck. I'm so happy and look forward to lots of repeat business and sending many referrals. More
