This was my first auto purchase from Klaben Ford and it will not be my last. What a perfect experience from the no pressure approach of my sales person Louis Polos and Christine in finance to Pat Sandy go will not be my last. What a perfect experience from the no pressure approach of my sales person Louis Polos and Christine in finance to Pat Sandy going out of his way to assure my running boards were installed prior to delivery of my vehicle made my experience at Klaben Ford a most pleasant one. 5 star service all the way.
