So thorough and thoughtful! My husband had purchased our Lincoln there,so when my Ford dealer's service department slipped in quality 3 visits.l in a row, I switched to Klaben. My husband had purchased our Lincoln there,so when my Ford dealer's service department slipped in quality 3 visits.l in a row, I switched to Klaben. My car was in for an oil/lube/filter and was so close to the 90k guideline we added some coolant fluid work, standard for that mile marker. During the pre-inspection they also discovered I basically had zero brake pads on the rear and 1mm left on the front. My car had been in for work at my old dealer in Sept. It was now early December, and they clearly never even examined the brakes, as they were supposed to. My new service advisor at Klaben, offered a complimentary car wash. I joked I'd rather have the interior detailed. They did it. For free. Great work and fair prices. I drive for a living so my car is my lifeline. Klaben, you now have a customer life. Thank you. More

Understanding he was relatively new, he had an exceptional understanding of the flow to bring a potential customer to a satisfied customer, especially one who will be a repeat customer. We also were the first customer he had who were paying cash for the vehicle but he did his due diligence to be certain all the paperwork was correct. Klaben does a great job of hiring the best for the company. P.S. Christine in financing is an exceptional employee. I was totally in awe of how quickly she processed all the necessary paperwork. Shows a very skilled and conscientious work ethic. Good job by all involved. We will be back. More

Very cloudy headlights My headlights had become very cloudy and dim. Klaben was the only shop I called who would look to see if they could be restored. They couldn't, so Nic My headlights had become very cloudy and dim. Klaben was the only shop I called who would look to see if they could be restored. They couldn't, so Nick got on the computer to help me look for replacements that weren't expensive. I ordered some at home for $80 & arranged with Nick to come in & have them installed. Great service & will go back for any bodywork that I may need. More
