He went above and beyond not only before but as well as after I picked a car out ( 2013 Ford Escape in ginger ale metallic) to show my husband and I how to operate everything in the car and even set up Sync for our phones for us. I will absolutely return just because of the great service that he provided us I felt very comfortable purchasing a car at Klaben Ford and will return for further car purchases!
