Lack of transparency! Very disappointed. I have purchased and leased 7 vehicles with Ford in over 20 years and never had a dealership reluctant to provide invoice information. My overall experience with previous Ford dealerships, have been positive and with total transparency. I currently have two invoice printouts in my possession from local Ford dealers, and received them with no questions or hesitation. When I requested the information (twice) from you (Louis Polos) on Saturday, you should have been open and honest on your intentions. The Klaben slogan says no misleading claims, no gimmicks... Honesty and transparency is everything with large ticket purchases. Thanks, but NO thanks! More
