Absolutely exceptional service provided by Mike Urbania! Bought my very first car and I was extremely nervous, however he made the process so easy and went truly above and beyond for me! The day I went to buy my car, I was running late due to work and did not get to the dealership until after 5pm and they close at 6- Mike did not rush me one bit and did not shorten his explanations about my new vehicle! I use this dealership for all of my service appointments, and normally they are top notch. Unfortunately, the last few times my truck has been in there it was for a noise that is reoccurring.
