This is genuine; not a manipulation of some sort. Recently, I endured a frustrating and frightening Lincoln recall. In my view, Lincoln dropped a ball or two. Klaben did not. They listened, acted, made changes, diligently kept plugging away. Richard Klaben, head of Klaben Ford Lincoln, pulled together my 8 1/2 years of experience with them one day when he told me something to the effect, "We are all about empathy here. If we can't put ourselves in your shoes and understand problems from your point of view, we shouldn't be in the service business. That's what the foundation of service needs to be all about: empathy." So, there you have it. If you want to thoroughly enjoy your interactions with auto service--even if the car acts up very badly, indeed--buy from Klaben. Look for Mario Palomba. I can't imagine there is a better service provider than he is. Period. You'll find Sean Bradford in Service to be a true professional who keeps on trying on your behalf, time after time--because he believes he needs to get it right. Currently, I've ordered a new Lincoln through Doug Lewin. I think you'll be mighty happy if you give him a call. He's smart, forthright and honest.
