I was able to set up a next day appointment. I spoke to Jessica Meacham. She was quick and helpful. The employee (Cole Mathes)called me before he arrived. Klaben Ford is the best Ford dealership in Northeast Ohio. My wife and I have been going to Klaben Ford since 1988 and have leased and purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and we have always been Ohio. They have the best staff that an automobile dealership could offer. We have always received excellent service from the sales department, finance department and also the service department. We recently used the mobile service to come out to our house and service our 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. Jessica went above and beyond to answer all of my questions pertaining to how the mobile service worked and what vehicles that it was available on. She also set us up with a day and time frame that worked the best for us to have the work done. The two service department technicians that came to our house showed up on time and were very courteous and professional and done an excellent job. They completed the required work that I requested being done and left my garage as clean as it was when they arrived. Staff members like Jessica and the two service technicians are why my wife and I are long time customers at Klaben Ford. Their body shop also provides excellent service. Some years ago, my Ford Ranger was hit from behind while I was stopped at a traffic light. It sustained over fourteen thousand dollars in damages to it. The staff at the Klaben body shop made it look like new again. If you are looking for a Ford vehicle and want a one stop shop to do it, then Klaben Ford is where you want to go.
