Oil change with damage I noticed my driver seat was all tore up on the left side. Lack of Care I really enjoy taking my car for service at ford service, but, the last few times I have come in, I bring my car early in the morning, and then give t I really enjoy taking my car for service at ford service, but, the last few times I have come in, I bring my car early in the morning, and then give them my vehicle for almost the whole day, at least 6hrs usually to do basic maitenance. Again, I brought my Ford Escape in this past Tuesday, dropped it off at 10, then said I needed it by 3. I received a phone call at 2:59 telling me what was wrong with my vehicle, lug nuts swollen and a leak somewhere, which is under warranty, as well as needing front breaks replaced. I would love to keep coming to your shop, but, if you cannot give my vehicle back at expected time, why keep coming back? More
