Klaben Ford and customer service go hand in hand I recently had service done on my vehicle. Things didn't go quite as planned on the first go, which happens to everyone from time to time. I've discov I recently had service done on my vehicle. Things didn't go quite as planned on the first go, which happens to everyone from time to time. I've discovered that we all make honest mistakes, but it's what a person or company does in light of that which defines them. Long story short, the service manager, Tom Alcorn, met up with me. We drove my car and he personally oversaw my vehicle from that point on. Although things didn't go as planned in the beginning, the team at Klaben Ford really went above and beyond to take care of me. They did a lot of extra things they probably didn't have to do, but they did. I hope this review helps someone make the decision to make Klaben Ford their dealer of choice.
