This past year has been exhausting dealing with this service department. A loyal 5-year customer who bought my vehicle here, ignored by the GM, brushed off by the Service Director, and given runarounds service department. The staff is courteous and polite. My issue is how long an oil change and tire rotation takes. The last 3 times I’ve had my truck in for that service it took 2.5 hrs, 1.5 hrs, and th My issue is how long an oil change and tire rotation takes. The last 3 times I’ve had my truck in for that service it took 2.5 hrs, 1.5 hrs, and this last time just under 2 hrs. The service person said they normally tale 1-1.5 hrs. I don’t understand why they should take any longer than 30 minutes, or at least under an hour. Any chance the wait time could be shortened in the future? More
