Honestly, I was very disappointed with this dealership. I went in for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half and cost me close to $100. In the past at other Toyota dealerships I'm in and out I went in for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half and cost me close to $100. In the past at other Toyota dealerships I'm in and out in under 30-40 minutes and for around $65. When I told them what I wanted done, I said ONLY to rotate the tires and change the oil. But they said they were going to go ahead and replace my air filters since mileage wise it needs it (they didn't even ask or know when they were last replaced, they just assumed it needed it without even looking at them). They insisted I replace them. I kept telling them no. Finally, after an hour and a half wait for just an oil change and tire rotation (I should also note that they didn't even take my car into the shop until an hour had passed) they were done. I saw that they had pulled it around and let it set in the pick up area for several minutes without coming and getting me. When I went to my car, it said it had been running for close to 10 minutes and the AC was running full blast with the windows down. They changed the radio station on my car and messed with my seat positions (I can understand just scooting the seat back or forward so the person can drive it easier depending on their height), but they adjusted the angle of the back of the seat so it was leaning so far forward). It just seems like they disrespected me and my car. Don't try to scam me into getting new air filters that cost about $20 at a car part store and then charge me an extra $100 dollars to replace and install them. Byfar this is the most inefficiently run Toyota dealership I have ever been too. In the past I have had great experience with Toyota dealers, but I will never be coming back to this one. More
