Jason was great Came in without an appointment for an oil change, the older lady that created me at the car drop off garage was not very welcoming, she seemed annoyed Came in without an appointment for an oil change, the older lady that created me at the car drop off garage was not very welcoming, she seemed annoyed that I was there without an appointment, even though I explained to her that I had called prior to arriving to make sure that that wouldn’t be a problem, she walked away and said she couldn’t guarantee anything, then she walked back with Jason who took care of us after that, he was great, made us feel welcomed and was very informative, I told him that the entune on my 4Runner would shut off by itself, he recommended a software update on the system, the overall experience once Jason took over was great, he seems like a great young kid eager to move up with the company, I’ll always go back to him after this visit as long as he’s with the company. Easiest Purchase Ever! Dealership was clean and staff was friendly. My husband and I went in after seeing a car online we were interested in. Alex approached us in the parking lot, worked out all the details of the sale. They gave us a fair trade in value, fair price on the new car. We ended up getting two new cars in the four hours we were at the dealership. Both my husband and I drove out of there with new vehicles!! They’ll fix my credit for me if my identity gets stolen which seems likely based on the increase in spam email I’ve gotten since handing over my email address. Thanks for the over priced car I guess. Hope it lasts long enough that next time I buy one dealerships like you can no longer operate this type of business model due to the millenial generation deciding we don’t need this kind of treatment.
