I have only dealt with service. I have platinum warranty on my Tacoma. I have complained of noise coming from suspension recently. Another mechanic reviewed and found broken or cracked bushings on both front lower suspension control arms. That.mechanic submitted to Toyota warranty and was told the issue was valid but service would need to.be done by authorized Toyota dealer. When I took to larry.miller service, they said there was not an issue and did not even submit to warranty.company. my warranty expires in April. I felt I was getting the run around from the dealer service knowing that I would not be able to claim after April. At a minimum I would have expected the dealer service to at least submit the pictures and claim to the warranty department for review. For certain, I would never spend the money on an extended warranty again. More
I had my car inspected and found that I had a couple of pulleys that needed replacing. My service advisor Christian notified me when the parts came in and made me an appointment on when to get it serviced. pulleys that needed replacing.
