People at dealership--Sales and Service were terrific. I am disappointed in the actual vehicle. Just leased the car (2026 Crosstrac Hybrid), drove vehicle home and drove car maybe 100 miles. Check Engine Light came on along with a few other messages about the fault in engine. Dealer took care of issue and gave me a loaner. Not bad. Right? Yeah except I had to drive car to dealer (about 30 miles), drop it off, drive loaner back home, and when they called to tell me car was fixed and ready to go, I had to drive back to dealership, pick up my car (now has only 200 miles) and drive back home. Then I had to pay for the gas in the loaner. So, people were very nice, but I was xxxxxx about having to drive 2 full round trips. Plus, I still don't know what was wrong. The verbal explanation and the paperwork was like a different language. Just all about sensors and xx, that was not very clear to me. Being a new vehicle, I certainly didn't expect this immediate breakdown. Maybe I should be grateful that the car was repaired in just one day, but suppose I had plans to go somewhere, and when I go to leave, I can't because of computer problems. By the way, the car had a full tank of gas, but if I was driving it more, and the check engine light came on, and I pulled into a gas station to get gas, and this happened--I would not be able to get the gas tank door open to refuel. So, people were vey nice and they did fix the problem, but the actual issue was mechanical not people related. Why did I have to shell out money, eg., only $10, to replace gas that was consumed in my round trip drive? No one paid me to replace the gas I had to use driving my new car round-trip. More

I am in a wheelchair and need to transfer from the chair into the vehicle. Lester Glenn Subaru was very accommodating! They found vehicles with a seat to ground height I could use to slide over, and they al into the vehicle. Lester Glenn Subaru was very accommodating! They found vehicles with a seat to ground height I could use to slide over, and they allowed my wife to take the car home to see if I could get in and out and also fit the wheelchair in the trunk.
