I have always had a great experience at Lexus of Chattanooga while servicing my ES 350. When it came to needing a new car, Ralph Paty took VERY good care of us! We didn't find the car we wanted righ Chattanooga while servicing my ES 350. When it came to needing a new car, Ralph Paty took VERY good care of us! We didn't find the car we wanted right off, but Ralph kept looking and found the one we wanted! He kept us informed all the while and made buying a car very pleasant! The personal touches and care that Ralph put into our purchase experience made it all worth it! We will always head to Lexus of Chattanooga and Ralph Paty when we are in the market for another car! Mr.Fortson went above and beyond to find the exact Lexus RX 350 that my wife was looking for. He made our buying experience very easy. Everyone ther Lexus of Chattanooga is exactly what we have come to expect from a Lexus dealership; it can not be beat when looking for a new Lexus. Everyone there was professional and courteous. But our salesperson Ralph deserves all the accolades!! He is absolutely amazing - Friendly, Efficient, Knowledgeable, Considerate and FUN!!! He made buying a new vehicle a true pleasure!! He went above and beyond our expectations. We came late Friday evening but he didn't rush us, and answered all our questions, gave us time to weigh our options. And imagine my surprise - when I had a first glimpse into my new Lexus NX350 there was a vase with roses🌹 waiting for me!!! I felt like a queen, Ralph treated me like a royalty!!! THANK YOU, Ralph!
