Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN!! When I was at the dealership buying a car a few years ago everyone was so helpful and friendly. The customer service went out of the window immediately after I purchased the car. I've been trying to get in contact with someone at the dealership (FINANCE DEPARTMENT) for days now. No one answers, no one return messages or anything. This is ridiculous. I REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I will make it my business to contact Lexus corporate, the BBB, Help me Howard and every public platform that I can because this dealership if a scam and the people should know. Take your business elsewhere , try another Lexus branch because this one is very VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. More
