The person hey checked my car was new, but did a good job handling everything. The problem was when I got my car back, there were greasy footprints on the rugs driver side. I had issues with the original vehicle & they did everything in thier power to help get me into a vehicle in my price range, as money & monthly payment was key. I truly appreciate all that they did f everything in thier power to help get me into a vehicle in my price range, as money & monthly payment was key. I truly appreciate all that they did for me. And even though I did not end up in my ideal car, I believe i will be happy, after I settle into my new choice. I shopped for used cars in my price range & although the car I ended up with had a few dings, it seems like a nice car. God willing, all will go well with this one. Thank you to the team at Lexus for helping to get me into a comparable vehicle & mostly for your patience.
