Consumer Beware Buyer beware, unless you are there for service AND you purchased or leased the vehicle from them, they will not bother treating you with respect. We' Buyer beware, unless you are there for service AND you purchased or leased the vehicle from them, they will not bother treating you with respect. We've had an incident with them being accusatory and acting like a know-it-all. No empathy, no respect, and lack of professionalism. Unless you're going in for standard service, be cautious and make sure you check everything including the fine print. This is the last time I will be back at this dealership. More

In the mean time took the Ascent and Forester for a spin with the best salesman Dan Rovelli, which always a pleasure to deal, loved the Ascent, not much the new Forester. Two people I worked with were Bryan Vignali (first) and Sareen Devilla second time. Usually I'm too busy to write a review, but I have to say, the treatment I received was ROYAL and that's why I needed to spread the word. Both of these men went above and beyound what they were required to do! Extremely happy with my car and with their service. I will not go anywhere else for my next car. Crosstrek Purchase Experience I had ordered a Crosstrek from Brian which I picked up in January and just brought in for my first oil change. Though it was a kind of a long wait, I had ordered a Crosstrek from Brian which I picked up in January and just brought in for my first oil change. Though it was a kind of a long wait, it was well with it. The sales process was fantastic, the business manager was stellar and Brian made sure to go over every detail of my car. Would not even give you 1 star, damaged car when put in for Car was damaged when put in for service. They tried to fix but you could still see & feel damage. Bob Osterlof said he would need picture of car when i dropped it off that morning to provide damage was done on his property. I guess that dealership can not afford cameras. I have all conversations with Bob & owner Rick if you would like to hear them contact me. Bob Osterlof is a liar & is not to be trusted, he said he felt said damage ( it is on recording ) but when Subaru corporate called him he denied it. Again not to be trusted. Yes I will buy a other subaru it is a excellent vehicle just not from that dealership. More
