Great service department I like all of the service guys they are all very nice, although I always try to have Jared Baugh be my service adviser do to his straight up honesty . I have been going to Lithia Toyota for service for 15 years. I have always been treated well 99 percent of the time. I do not like that the actual service people have removed bolts from the front underside guard to make it easier for themselves to perform the oil change, after all the bolts were put there for a reason to keep the guard in place in rough terrain. I am going to purchase my first set of tires from Lithia next week I am hoping that I am making the right decision. More

Fast friendly service sometimes misses details Recently dropped my car off for regular maintenance. I explained that in addition to the maintenance required message on my display I needed to have the mileage display reset from kilometers to miles because I had not been able To figure out how It had changed or why it had changed and I hadn’t been able to reset it to show miles instead of kilometers. After keeping my car for the whole day while I was at work and performing all the needed maintenance checking in with me for approval for additional things that were found needing to be done when I picked up my car still was reading kilometers instead of miles so I had to turn around go back and ask them to fix it which they did. The day after my car was in the shop a friend commented that my rear right taillight is burned out. seems interesting it was just in the shop for service yesterday and one of the lights in the front of my car was replaced but apparently the one in the back just stopped working today? Coincidence I guess... or Just a step missed when checking on the lights? I will say on the plus side I enjoy the friendly service and the fact that I can drop my car in the morning get a shuttle to work and pick it up again at the end of the day it would be perfect if every detail was taken care of but people are human so I will keep returning but there’s room for improvement. More
