The service advisor always keeps you advised if there are any problems or issues with your vehicle, and updates you in a timely manner when your vehicle will be completed. Since advancing Mark to Service Manager I find it to be more organized and not so hectic. More

Trust vs service dept being a profit center On the previous visit I specifically pointed out that a tail light was out. They did not fix that but sold me a new set of tires. On this visit for a routine oil change, I specifically pointed out that the tire pressure indicater on the dash showed the tires on the left were low. This had not changed, but they did sell me several services that I can not be sure were needed. It seems evident that instructions have been given to look for opportunities to sell. More

Great service department I like all of the service guys they are all very nice, although I always try to have Jared Baugh be my service adviser do to his straight up honesty . I like all of the service guys they are all very nice, although I always try to have Jared Baugh be my service adviser do to his straight up honesty . I have been going to Lithia Toyota for service for 15 years. I have always been treated well 99 percent of the time. I do not like that the actual service people have removed bolts from the front underside guard to make it easier for themselves to perform the oil change, after all the bolts were put there for a reason to keep the guard in place in rough terrain. I am going to purchase my first set of tires from Lithia next week I am hoping that I am making the right decision. More
