Service rep decided that my car didn't need a tire rotation. I didn't ask if I "needed" one, he just opted to make that decision for me. Not sure if it's because I am a female. My car is a sports car and I drive it pretty aggressively and I take pride in taking care of my car. Waiting for the next oil change would have been way over the tire rotation recommendation. I had to make an appointment on my day off again two weeks later because he decided I didn't need the tire rotation. I was VERY disappointed. He got me in front of the line when I had to come back because they were telling me it would be a 2 hour wait. Besides just being wrong, I had to go back again on my day off with my 2 year old daughter. And he told me that he knows I "like" my car sarcastically. Me wanting to properly service my car has nothing to do with me "liking" my 'sports' car, it has everything to do with taking care of my vehicle and he should know better, as should this dealership.
