This review was for Crown Nissan, not Lokey Nissan. I purchased my new Vehicle from Crown and thought I was responding to their survey. I tried to trade-in my 2020 Nissan Murano several times at Lokey where I purchased it, but never received follow up so I ended up leasing a new vehicle from Crown Nissan in St. Petersburg. Their sales staff was excellent and who I thought I was reviewing.
