Horrible customer service. The finance manager Ryan Overman is unprofessional, rude, condescending and overall disrespectful. The man who originally sold me my lease was named The finance manager Ryan Overman is unprofessional, rude, condescending and overall disrespectful. The man who originally sold me my lease was named Aaron who no longer works there. He sold me a 4 year lease for 24,000 miles. I came back when I was close to going over my miles . I decided to purchase my car as it was the only option left. After spending 5 hours at the dealership, finally Ryan was ready for me. I went into his office. As he started going over the numbers with me I questioned it. He then screamed at me and said “Is this your signature right here?” I then responded with yes and said I was asking a question about it. The computers then went down so I couldn’t sign my deal. He didn’t communicate that with me though just had me wait another 45 minutes while he figured that out. He then said he would send me the paperwork to sign electronically and pay my down payment. I asked for my registration of my car. He then screamed at me again and told me the sales man had it. I asked the sales man and he said Ryan had it. Waited all afternoon for the paperwork to come and never did. Called the dealership multiple times only to be ignored. Frankie finally talked to me and said he was sending the documents to me. I opted to come back in. Was met at the door by Frankie and requested another finance manager. Ryan then came up to me and asked me “are you even okay to sign the documents right now?” After the severe mistreatment at this dealership I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The finance manager has left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. I asked to speak to a real manager or owner of the dealership. I was denied that. But was given a free tank of gas for my pain of the day which doesn’t even begin to cover it. More
