My experience with the service center was absolutely horrible, no communication whatsoever!!! My visit ended up costing over 1000 with fees plus my car was under full warranty, I am very disappointed wi horrible, no communication whatsoever!!! My visit ended up costing over 1000 with fees plus my car was under full warranty, I am very disappointed with the management. Never received a callback or acknowledgment. SMH! More

We bought a Ford from this dealership,it came with lifetime oil change That's the only thing we get done there,but the service staff has always been nice and the job has been done correctly ,in other lifetime oil change That's the only thing we get done there,but the service staff has always been nice and the job has been done correctly ,in other words not problems after the service.Its nice the dealership provides refreshments since sometime its a long wait for the job to be completed.
