We will absolutely go back to them when we need another vehicle. Chris from sales was incredible. Called us often and sent many photos of the vehicle and upgrades. Kevin Sander helped iron out some issues and was very accommodating. Finally, Blake was very helpful in selecting certain parts and upgrades and kept us in the loop in terms of completion of the work. We were very satisfied with the price of the vehicle overall. Nine months ago I bought a BMW X6, it was a smooth process-zero pressure. Three weeks ago it was totaled by baseball size hail we encountered coming home from Colby. Purchasing a vehicle out of state can be a scary experience. When I found a unique vehicle listed at Long McArthur over 10 hours away from me, I knew I needed to move quickly to secure a deal. experience. Mike Mull was my salesperson and he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From making an introductory video and being my eyes, ears, and nose on the ground sharing insight along with additional pictures & videos to ease my worries along the way. On top of all that, this particular vehicle had a special paint and I was worried about the wash process and chemicals used. Mike did his own research and went, bought the special soap, and he went in personally washed the car on a Sunday. I was so thankful for him going above and beyond to address my concerns about the paint care. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and I will say that Mike Mull and Long McArthur Ford have made the experience smooth and made me feel like I was a priority for them. All of this was for a used car even, not even a new one, which makes it that much more impressive. More
Sold me a new 2024 F250 that had an A/C issue on the first day. After the repair was done I am advised that it already had an A/C issue in the first 800 miles that it was driven by a SAles Mgr. as a d first day. It has since been in the shop in excess of 100 days and has had the module replaced, (2) A/C compressors, had 2 electrical issues and is now in to replace the A/C Evaporator. I have been offered loaners and did take advantage of them initially; the problem is that you can only drive them 2,000 miles and I drive between 50k - 60k miles per year. I went over on the first vehicle and was advised to not do that again. I am not going to trade out vehicles every 2 weeks. I should have been told about the issue from the beginning and then when I ask them to trade me out of it I received the lowest discount on a new one and the lowest trade amount. I was advised that they could give auction value as that’s where they would take it based on the history of issues. How disappointing when two dealers who did not sell me the truck will give more for my trade and a better discount on the replacement. Truly unbelievable. I can’t wait to get their canned response if we’re sorry for your experience and would like to discuss the problem with further. More
