You asked for our best offer up front, and we were happy to provide that to you. If we had left room to give you more, our offer would not have been what you asked for. The Air Conditioner did go out while a senior member of management was driving it, and Ford had just come out with a new compressor that they believed would fix it, and it did. We always prefer to find any issues before we sell a vehicle in the hopes every customer receives a trouble free vehicle. We know that you have had issues again, and Ford has fixed them every time as you stated. We have given you new trucks knowing that you will put 2,000 miles on them every 2 weeks. We then discount those vehicles appropriately. We are happy to do our part in eating those costs to keep you in a truck while Ford covers your repairs. We gave you our best offer up front, which is what you asked for. Thank you, Long McArthur Ford

Sadly I was never advised of the prior repair to the truck while one of your senior members of management was driving it. You also told me that I could not put over 2000 miles on a loaner. You gave me the lowest trade amount out of now 3 dealers. The truck has had 2 compressors now and is in your shop currently for the evaporator. Not to mention another electrical issue. Which came after you replaced the module. Your stance along with Ford is allow the customer to become so frustrated, that they will trade and take the loss personally. Sadly, you will probably get your wish. I am extremely frustrated and can’t really enjoy my truck. And if the new compressor is so wonderful why has it been replaced twice? Just curious

Why didn’t you tell me about the A/C issue prior to me purchasing the truck? Was it negligence, incompetence or deceit? Just trying to understand how the A/C quits on my first day with the vehicle and no one mentions it had a prior problem. I was told it was ordered for a Mgr. And he ordered a different truck; well now I know why. He didn’t want the problem, so you sold it to me. Now I have to live with it or lose $8,000 on trade. That’s not how to gain trust and business

Just so we are clear the A\C compressor you put on when it was being driven by a “senior management member” DID NOT fix the issue. It has been replaced since I have owned it. I am still waiting for your reply in regards to the fact that you withheld that information throughout the entire sales transaction. Please explain that to me
