Don't expect Long McArthur to honor a national incentive of 0%apr and even if you have excellent credit they will come back with a high 6.99 interest rate making you contact your own bank in front of them f of 0%apr and even if you have excellent credit they will come back with a high 6.99 interest rate making you contact your own bank in front of them for a fair rate. BUT, when you find a better rate, they will all of a sudden be able to get one close so someone in a oversized suit jacket can get his cut. Do your own work first or bring a lunch. This will NOT be quick. Sales agent Cameron Heart was nice to deal with and will do what he can. I honestly don't know the guy but if you're gonna buy a vehicle, go through Cameron and youll see a good person surrounded by snakes. More

We purchased our 2025 GMC from Long McArthur without ever stepping into the dealership. The whole process was seamless and easy from great pictures online to see the vehicle, to Dan being upfront about cost and terms, to Derek in finance, who was never pushy but friendly and informative. Mike Mull was exceptional over the phone and in person. He offered to help me as much as possible over the phone since my husband and I would be driving in from out of town to look at vehicles. I had a lot of questions and concerns and Mike Mull patiently addressed each one of them for me. Then once we made the drive, he made sure to have everything ready to maximize our time there. He was easy to talk to, informative, suggestive and above all, he gave no feeling of pressure. If anything he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable not only at the dealership but also while trying to make our decision. Also, during our time at LM, we were impressed that Mike Mull took the time and interest to include our 10 yr old daughter in the process. He took the extra effort to chat with her during our test-drives and point out things that he thought she would like about the vehicles back seat where she would be riding. He also made sure she had plenty of fresh popcorn and hot cocoa while waiting in the dealership during the long process of paperwork. We will be coming back to this dealership in the future and hope that Mike Mull is there to help us again! Thank you for a great experience and we are very much enjoying our new Lincoln Corsair!!
