Sold me a new 2024 F250 that had an A/C issue on the first day. After the repair was done I am advised that it already had an A/C issue in the first 800 miles that it was driven by a SAles Mgr. as a d first day. After the repair was done I am advised that it already had an A/C issue in the first 800 miles that it was driven by a SAles Mgr. as a demo. It has since been in the shop in excess of 100 days and has had the module replaced, (2) A/C compressors, had 2 electrical issues and is now in to replace the A/C Evaporator. I have been offered loaners and did take advantage of them initially; the problem is that you can only drive them 2,000 miles and I drive between 50k - 60k miles per year. I went over on the first vehicle and was advised to not do that again. I am not going to trade out vehicles every 2 weeks. I should have been told about the issue from the beginning and then when I ask them to trade me out of it I received the lowest discount on a new one and the lowest trade amount. I was advised that they could give auction value as that’s where they would take it based on the history of issues. How disappointing when two dealers who did not sell me the truck will give more for my trade and a better discount on the replacement. Truly unbelievable. I can’t wait to get their canned response if we’re sorry for your experience and would like to discuss the problem with further. More

Long McArthur made my recent purchase of a super duty a straight forward process while being as transparent as I’ve ever seen a dealership. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone, and that’s coming from s straight forward process while being as transparent as I’ve ever seen a dealership. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone, and that’s coming from someone over 750 miles away. My salesman was Darin Lee, and he fought hard to get a deal in the structure I wanted. Took Bronco in to get heater fixed under warranty. When we picked it up it had a couple thousand dollars damage to the interior and body from mechanic. We were told about one item broke. It was covered in oil and grease. Was told by service tech that we should expect damage when we bring in service. Now they have to order a bunch of new interior parts to replace and we have to have body work and painting done. I refuse to let there body shop do work so Conklin is doing it and Lm is paying them. To top it off they did not fix the problem. Damages include both sun visors broke, console damage, hood piece, dash parts and dent in door jamb requiring body and repaint. They even had to detail it after we went to get it to clean up all the oil and crap. I would highly recommend to not use them. We were told that their mechanics are not held accountable for any issues. More
