Car died 200 ft from dealer after picking up from a regular maintenance appointment due to shoddy service. There was debris around the air filter that didn't get cleaned out and fell into 1 of the tube regular maintenance appointment due to shoddy service. There was debris around the air filter that didn't get cleaned out and fell into 1 of the tubes near the filter when it got disturbed as they did the filter check. This caused the car to completely shut down. They got the car back to the dealership, did another check on the car and gave me a new filter for free but did offer to refund the cost a paid for the original service. More

Unorganized, slow and did not do the paperwork correctly which led to issues. Will never do business with them again. Slow service and sales people who have no idea what they are doing. I would recommend which led to issues. Will never do business with them again. Slow service and sales people who have no idea what they are doing. I would recommend working with Elk Grove Toyota or one of the others if you can help it. Will save you tons of time, hassle, and less errors. Ran our credit multiple times and would not fix. Extremely incompetent and wasted our time. Complained and they acknowledged their errors and issues but never changed or improved over the course of several years. Also, if you don't want to wait for hours buy and service your car elsewhere. More
