I had an appointment for an oil change and that took over three hours. This is not typical of this service shop and I’m hopeful that it is not the standard of care that I should expect moving forward. I don’ three hours. This is not typical of this service shop and I’m hopeful that it is not the standard of care that I should expect moving forward. I don’t know what was going on or who may have scheduled in error but it should be remedied. I’m putting two stars for them completing the oil change and determining appropriate maintenance repairs. Terrible service. I started with a rep named Pablo. After waiting two hours, a lady came over and told me i should change my filters and i had a nail in my front tire. I agreed to the work. After an After waiting two hours, a lady came over and told me i should change my filters and i had a nail in my front tire. I agreed to the work. After another hour and 15 minutes, I went to check. The lady that talked with me was gone and the new lady told me it would be another 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, Karina (an excellent service rep who had worked with me before came over seeing my frustration). I told her the problem and she found Pablo. After venting, he went to find my car and a few minutes later reappeared with my final paper work. Your new system does not work. Three different people I had to deal with to get my car done in a timely manner. 4 Hours to change the oil, put in two filters and fix my tire leak, Thank goodness for Karina's help in finding Pablo. Maita service center has always been the place where I bring my vehicles. But this time the initial diagnostic was not correct but still costly. I had to bring it back because the problem was not resolved bring my vehicles. But this time the initial diagnostic was not correct but still costly. I had to bring it back because the problem was not resolved. Finally a supervisor technician took a test ride with me and he made accurate findings. I spent more time and money this time but the job was done right. I am satisfied. More

Unfortunately the typical car salesman and dealership- plus not very friendly or aware that their customers might like a bottle of cold water on a 90+ degree day. Went there to help my son buy a new Coro plus not very friendly or aware that their customers might like a bottle of cold water on a 90+ degree day. Went there to help my son buy a new Corolla using Truecar. When we asked for Tyler, the internet rep, the salesman said that he was Tyler. Ended up, he wasn't. His real name was Salah Kadhim. The funny thing was Salad never once told us anything about the car, nor asked us if we had any questions. We then met the Asst Sales Manager named Mel Haddadi, who didn't seem to know where my referral was from Truecar. I was like, where's Tyler and he said he was busy with another customer. So our guy isn't Tyler, and he said no. Very confusing. Anyway, as soon as we got back from the test drive, I had to use the restroom. I no sooner got back, and Salah was leaning into my son, as he tried to get him to fill out a loan application. I was like, wooooo partner, not so quick. He immediately interrupted me and said to let him finish, he actually pushed my hand away as he cut me off twice: I thought, seriously, do you want to start something with me, I was like, am I going to have to take him to the floor to stop him!! I literally had to take the application out of his hand, before he realized he had overstepped his boundaries. Eventually, I had to reproduce all the Truecar paperwork to Mel as it seemed he never could find it in his system. (Note to self, make sure to contact Truecar about my experience as well.) Mel eventually honored the Truecar price. We then presented a KBB certified trade in price of $7586 for our old car, and a Maita coupon we got off Facebook for an extra $500. Mel came back and said it needed $900 in work, and they would only give us $7000. I was like for what? He said your front bumper is coming off and there is evidence that someone tried to fix a dent on the passenger side door. I told them that was news to me, that I had disclosed ever dent and ding upon doing the KBB report and that was the price they estimated. I then showed them a Carvana offer of $8100 and they just laughed, and said basically good luck with that, Carvana will lower your offer too. How arrogant of them! So, we ended up walking and went elsewhere. We drove a little bit farther to Vacaville and ended up getting a really good deal, but more importantly, were treated with respect- and no games. Moral of this story is DON'T go to this sleazy dealership, go to the one in Vacaville to get a great deal and be treated like a human being and not a piece of crap. Seriously folks. It was that bad. Oh, and the rest of the story. The price for used cars is very strong right now, so after we bought our car, we reentered our old car on Carvana. Guess what? It actually went up in value. Carvana gave us $8900 for our trade, no questions asked. Shame on you Maita. Shame. Your way of doing business is what keeps the stereotype of car dealers going, and competition like Carvana thriving. More
Poor customer service. They knew of delays in service due to being shorthanded, but didn’t tell me and let me waste 2.5 hours before I found out my car hadn’t been touched. It was for an oil change.
