I was confused by something rather simple. My tire pressure warning light continued on after I had the tires filled. The Toyota representative had the tires checked out and fixed the problem and sent pressure warning light continued on after I had the tires filled. In these times of staying safe from Covid, I very much appreciated the efforts that the both Val and 'Q' in the service department made to get my car to and from the dealership for a bad battery without m appreciated the efforts that the both Val and 'Q' in the service department made to get my car to and from the dealership for a bad battery without me having to ride in someone else's car to pick it up. Great service...The service was done as written and explained to me. When it was completed , everything was explained. The only thing I had a question about was one problem I had with the roof trim. I explained to me. When it was completed , everything was explained. The only thing I had a question about was one problem I had with the roof trim. It came loose and was flapping in the wind...I advised the service guy and he said car washes have been the source. I asked him to look into it. When I left, nothing was written. The staff was really helpful in getting me transportation with my big dog. Everyone was friendly and the job was done efficiently.
