I had a regular 35k maintenance and was told my tires needed to be replaced. I came back the next day with an appointment and it took 4 hours. Just feel you should have tires done at a tire shop because it should only take about an hour or so. Nothing negative to say, just long wait time because dealer has other services to provide. More

Just Ok I wouldn’t go out of my way to encourage or discourage friends to use this dealership. Veronika was very personable! I asked 3 different employees, Veronika asked also, and I still didn’t get my license plate frame back from my Honda Pilot that I was trading in — I’ve had it for 20 years, on several cars, but I was told it wasn’t possible to remove it. I also had Brian “sell” me an alarm system and dent removal protection package that I didn’t want without asking. I had to insist he remove these items. He didn’t offer the alarm option or the dent removal, he just snuck them in to the price like it was a requirement. It made me feel like I could not trust him. Also I was told at the beginning of the deal that a warranty was included only to find out later it was $4,250 additional. Despite these complaints, I had a good experience because of Veronika S. She smoothed things over and made me feel comfortable or I would not have signed. More
