I expect to receive a ride, both ways when the service is going to take the whole day, but they offered only one way ride. The phone quote was $109. Service tech quote was $355 and up $900+. Very frustrating. And, felt like a bait and switch situation. It took over 3 hours for 30,000 mile maintenance. When I arrived to pick up the car, I stood outside 15 minutes for my car to be brought forward. The windshield looked like it had been sprayed and When I arrived to pick up the car, I stood outside 15 minutes for my car to be brought forward. The windshield looked like it had been sprayed and the wipers used to clear the moisture, leaving water spots all over the windshield like it had rained a couple hours ago. Inspection of tires and tread depth were all rated the same (6). Not sure how they could all be the same when one tire was replaced at 18,000 miles. More
