After some bad experiences dealing with the Milpitas Toyota regarding service, I was hesitant to bring my car in anywhere, but it desperately needed service. My service advisor, Christian, was very kind and patient, and let me know upfront how much it would cost, and they have a mobile system that texts you if they find any urgent repairs that you can consent to on your phone, along with the cost of getting them done. They also have a complimentary Lyft service, so I was able to wait in the library and check out some books while I waited. Maita has made me less hesitant to get my car serviced, and I feel a lot safer driving my car knowing that trustworthy people have worked on it! More
