Not great. Super expensive and long waiting time for maitenence. I ended up finding someone who did all the rest of the work ($3,000 estimate) for $1,400. I had a terrible experience and this is the second time in a row. I dropped off my truck for a simple oil change and when I get hope I notice a pool of oil leaking in my garage coming from my skid plate (p in a row. I call the dealership and they said to bring it in and that I will be a priority and it should be quick. I wasn't able to bring it in until Monday at 0830 because I was busy, but keep in mind I never drove the truck since I brought it back from the dealership from the oil change. They take my truck in and I have to ask what is the status (because the Maita tracker is xx and doesn't work). They said that they didn't find anything wrong and that it must be just residual oil that was leaking. First of all, why would residual oil even be there, second, residual oil wouldn't be pooling and dripping down from the skid plate, and third, if that is the case why did it take almost 3 hours to tell me that nothing was wrong? then around 1230, I asked what is going on and I was told that they replaced the O-ring and filter and will be getting my truck soon. It wasn't until around 1300-1330 I didn't get my truck. I found this absolutely ridiculous. My service adviser was great and polite and apologetic, but I think the mechanic was making him look bad. The fact that I had to take time out of my day for their mistake with no compensation or loaner and to tell me that I will be priority and it should be quick is down right disrespectful. I have a dashcam and saw that they didn't even look at my truck until hours after dropping it off. More
