Firstly, I was told over the phone, that I would have to have my car towed since the immobilization unit was preventing my car from starting. I figured Toyota manufacturing knew more than Maita Toyota, the have my car towed since the immobilization unit was preventing my car from starting. I figured Toyota manufacturing knew more than Maita Toyota, they would not strand a car with a misfunction of the immobilization unit. My car was jump-started and I drove to Maita Toyota. They asked if I had an appointment, and I said the girl told me to tow it in. I did not know if this was an appointment, but figured it was not. They told me to keep my car running and I waited about 20 minutes and then I began to complain, that my car has been kept running and asked, "{Don't you know how to jump-start a car?) Then I met up with the service clerk who knew nothing. He contacted the general manager to speak with me. He helped. But this incident shows me I need to speak directly with a mechanic.
